Shipping Policy
Shipping charges and estimated times are displayed at checkout.
For stock items, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Estimated processing / build times for bespoke parts are stated on their product page and start from when we have received all the information from you that we require to make your order. Estimated shipping times are in addition to the order processing times.
Sometimes there are factors outside of our control that delay you receiving your order. These can be courier problems, unexpected sales volumes, illness, or many other factors. We will always try to meet our stated times, but sometimes it is just not possible.
We expect everything to go well with your order, but should you find that any parts of your order are missing or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@omextechnology.com stating your order number, the problem, and including any photographs that will help us. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed when making a claim.
If you live in a remote area we might contact you before shipment to cover any extra costs if occurred.
International Shipments
We ship from the United Kingdom.
If you are outside of the United Kingdom, you may have regional duties, taxes and fees to pay locally on receipt of your goods. These are outside of the control of Omex and are your responsibility to pay. You should educate yourself of these charges before making the purchase. International shipments can be delayed at customs. These delays are outside of the control of Omex and the Couriers, so please allow for potential delays when considering your purchase.
If the country you want to import into is not listed at cart or checkout please contact us direct, we can most likely supply parts to that country through a different shipping system.
If you live in a remote area of a country we might contact you before shipment to cover any extra costs if occurred.
Exceptions
We cannot ship to PO boxes or military boxes.
Returns
Consumers in the UK are protected in law, and with additional rights when purchasing under “distance selling” regulations. We are legally required to inform you of the following sections of the “distance selling” regulations:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the order being delivered to you.

If you wish to cancel, you must state in writing your intention by emailing sales@omextechnology.com. We will respond confirming receipt as soon as possible.

You must not delay the return of the goods, returning them within 14 days of when you inform us of your decision to cancel.

You must pay the return costs of the goods. The goods only class as returned when we have confirmed good receipt of them, not when you sent them. Until we have received them in good order, they are considered to be under your care.
These “distance selling” regulations do not apply to bespoke parts.
