Thank you for choosing Omex products. Since our inception over 25 years ago we have gained a truly enviable reputation for reliability, with many of our first products still in active use. As such, we often get asked for technical support, which we are more than happy to offer.

  1. Check the downloads section. Instruction manuals are available. Answers to most questions can be found there.

  2. Ask your supplier. They are often marque specialists with a lifetime’s worth of knowledge of particular vehicles that the Omex factory, handling all vehicles, can never match.

If the answer to your question can be found in the instruction manuals please do not be offended if we direct you to them. Our aim is to provide quality support to everyone who needs it, so we need to be as efficient as possible

Telephone technical support is by appointment only. If the support engineer believes that a telephone call will solve the problem in the fastest way then they will call you. We work this email-first support for many reasons;

 

  • These products include wiring which is extremely difficult to describe by telephone but very easy to describe by a diagram.

  • Keeping support on emails makes it searchable and accessible for your future support. Our support engineers help tens of customers every day and could not possibly remember every telephone call, but they can easily search emails to find your previous support.

Attachments

  • If photographs are being sent, keep the number of images and the image resolution to a minimum

  • If video is being sent please upload to a cloud storage location and send us the link. Do NOT send the video file directly.
