Important Information
Compatibility: Ideal for engine swaps in classic cars or motorsport builds — not supported for applications where the engine is in the original chassis.
ECU Features: Supports radiator fans, fuel pumps, launch control and more. Watch the product videos for details.
Wiring Harness: We will contact you immediately after purchase to confirm your wiring connections.
Standard Sensors: Ensure you have the following OEM sensors: Coolant temperature sensor, crank position sensor (pattern must be changed to 36-1).
Ignition Options: Use the standard "distributor and coil" or the distributorless coil pack available in the "Accessories". See product videos for guidance.
Engine Speed Sensing: Requires a non-standard crank pattern. Use an engine-specific 36-1 sensor kit, or universal parts in the "Accessories". Watch the product videos for details.
PC Communications: DIY installers need the PC communications pack (see "Accessories"). Tuners likely have this equipment.
Startup Maps: Custom startup maps are available from Omex support. Dyno tuning is required.
